Michael & Co., Inc’s  Covid 19 Information

Automotive Repair is considered an Essential business, and we are here and open for our customers.  We have made many changes in our business to ensure we are compliant with the ever changing rules applied to California and Santa Clara County.

We are monitoring the COVID-19 virus as most of you are. Our primary concern is the health and well being of our community and the families we serve. In order to protect you and our employees, we have implemented the following procedures:

We have reopened our doors. We now have spit guards up at all customer windows for your protection. We have placed 6 feet away stickers throughout the building, as well as provided hand sanitizer. Our waiting room has been modified to keep customers 6 feet apart, and we will only allow 3 people in the room at a time.   Please do not drop off your car if you or someone in your household is feeling ill, has a fever, and or cough, or if you have been exposed to someone with a positive Covid 19 testing result.

While your vehicle is in the shop, employees will put seat covers over the seats, place steering wheel covers on your steering wheel, as well as placing a boot cover over the shifter. They will also be wearing protective gloves and change them between each vehicle.

“Pick up” procedures have also changed to make it easier than ever to pay over the phone. You can pay via text to pay or by our new keypad.

If you prefer, we are also offering free pick up and delivery, only to those customers whom are not sick, and whose entire household is symptom free.  Your car will need to be cleaned out prior to pick up.

We appreciate your trust in us and will continue to do what it takes to make certain that your vehicle is ready to go when you are. We have revised our hours of operation currently from 8 am to 5 pm, however please check in daily to get up to date hours of operation.

Other measures we are taking in order to keep the public safe:

  • All Employees are told not to come to work if they are feeling sick.
  • Symptom checks are being conducted before employees may enter the work space.
  • All employees must be separated by at least 6 feet.
  • Disinfectants and related supplies are available to all employees.
  • Sanitation is a key aspect of our continued business.

Thank You for your patronage, Stay Safe and healthy!
